Works on any screen
Every page is built for phones, tablets and desktops, and can be installed like an app.
Designed around what people dislike about contract software.
We read what users of other contract tools complain about — crowded screens, unreliable search, weak mobile apps, slow AI — and designed against each one.
One job per screen, big readable text, and plain words instead of jargon.
Press ⌘K (Ctrl+K on Windows) from anywhere to jump to any page, bid or action.
When a check passes or fails, you see why — with the rule and the source attached.
Checked at phone width, tablet width and on a big screen before anything ships.
Deadlines export to your own calendar, so reminders arrive where you already look.
Every AI drafting step has an instant, rule-based backup, so the work keeps moving.
Every sentence has receipts — or it doesn’t go out.
Proposals get thrown out over small mistakes. So each sentence must pass three checks, in order. Anything that fails goes to a person instead of into your proposal.
- Do we have the source?
The claim must match something in your own documents.
- Does the source really say that?
A second check confirms the document states the specific fact.
- Does the claim go too far?
The sentence may not promise more than the evidence supports. If it does, a person reviews it.
Our escalation process gets Level 3 issues to management within one hour, meeting the four-hour requirement.

The government’s own resources, one click away.
These are free. You never need to pay anyone to register in SAM.gov.
Straight answers.
I’ve never bid on a government contract. Can I still use this?
Yes. Start in the Help Center with the one-day course. Every screen explains itself in plain English, and every government term has a definition one click away.
Does Bids2Bank submit my proposal to the government for me?
Not yet. Bids2Bank prepares, checks and packages your proposal, and a person on your team gives final approval. You then upload the package where the solicitation says — usually SAM.gov or an agency portal.
Will the AI make things up?
Every sentence must pass three checks: it must come from your own documents, the source must actually say it, and the claim can’t go further than the proof. Anything that fails is held for a person to review instead of being included.
Is it only for defense contractors?
No. It covers civilian agencies, space, health, energy, construction, IT, research grants and more — anything posted on SAM.gov or Grants.gov.
Do I need to register anywhere first?
To be awarded a federal contract your business must be registered in SAM.gov, which is free. You can explore Bids2Bank before you finish registering.
